One of the great views of the Bay area is Grizzly Peak. I came to visit and my friends took me here to get a view of the Bay area as a whole and it was so amazing. The winding roads that led to the peak were definitely something this Florida gal was not ready for but it was worth the drive! Not too long but definitely a bit winding path upwards. The view is free and you can see all parts of the Bay here, especially if it's a clear day. It seems like a lot of locals (especially kids) come here to hangout. A nice spot to detour and take people from out of town to hang.

If you have any visitors to the Bay Area - take them here. The view is free and it's better than anything I've seen on each side of the Golden Gate Bridge. Definitely drive here at least once if you live in the Bay Area

The sunsets here are so pretty :) It's a great place to bring your friends/ family. The drive is a bit windy but nothing terrible and the views are totally worth it. Most people park their cars and watch from there but there's some space to bring a picnic blanket and sit as well! Definitely a must- see place if you're in the area :-)

A must-see in the East Bay. I love taking out-of-towners here for a guaranteed "WOW" moment! Parking is usually pretty full because of its popularity, so worth getting there a bit before sunset to grab a spot. Dusk/nighttime is beautiful too when the city lights start twinkling. Great spot to bring hot tea and cuddle up with a date to see some stars too
